The following graph compares the cumulative total return of Kellogg Company’s common stock with the cumulative total return of the Standard & Poor’s Stock Index (“S&P 500”) and the Standard & Poor’s Packaged Foods Index (“S&P Packaged Foods”) for the five-year period ended December 29, 2007. The value of the investment in Kellogg Company and in each index was assumed to be $100 on December 28, 2002; all dividends were reinvested.
